If you are not satisfied, you may return any of our products, with your receipt and a completed Return Form, for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).

Terms and Conditions for Returned Merchandise

30 days: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed.

Proper Documentation Your receipt and a completed Return Form with the Return Authorization Number must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Electromaax to process your refund.

Good Condition: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unused condition before they can be accepted for a refund.

Non-returnable Items: Electromaax does not offer a return for discount items or gift certificate and gift card purchases.

Please fill out the Return Form enclosed in your Electromaax package and mail the completed form, original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to the address on the form. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please follow the above return procedures and place a new order for the correct product.

Once we determine that the returned merchandise complies with our Terms & Conditions, we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise, plus any applicable taxes. Your refund will be credited only to the credit card you used to make the purchase. We’ll provide you with a refund confirmation by email if an address was provided on the Refund Form
